Standard Shipments estimated delivery is within 2-3 weeks. Most customers will enjoy free shipping , however, it depends on the region you are located in and your postal code. This is automatically decided by our mailing system.

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct. Kolevape Global will not bear costs for redeliveries or lost parcels due to incorrect delivery addresses. The mailing address can only be changed before the parcel is shipped.

Canceling:

Cancelation is at the customer's pleasure before EleksTube IPS Global dispatches their parcel. 3.5% of transaction fees are imposed by the payment processor for this purpose.

Dispatch exception:

After the item is dispatched, we will inform the customer of the tracking number of the package on the order page or by mail. When the package arrives, the customer needs to double-check that the package is in good condition. If the package or contents are damaged or lost, please ask the courier to take a photo and report it.

We accept investigation requests for damaged or lost packages within 7 business days after the package tracking status changes to delivered. Investigation requests and refunds will not be accepted for 7 business days after the package has been delivered.
